Florence Elizabeth Crum

Florence Elizabeth Crum (Daniels), my 1st cousin 4x removed.

Florence Crum was born in Dooly, Franklin, Georgia on May 16th 1907 to David A.P. Crum (1869-1929) and my 3rd great grand aunt, Sarah Florence Hamilton(1875-1935).

Florence was the 3rd out of 6 children of her parents, David, and Sarah Crum.

Along with Florence's sisters, she graduated after 4 years at Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia to become a high school music teacher. She was also a part of the Cordele Club and the Wesleyan, girls basket ball team.Three years after her graduation, her father, David Crum passed away on September 6th, 1929 in his home. Florence married Harry Leroy Daniels, they later had three children. Florence's mother, Sarah Hamilton unfortunately passed away on September 10th 1935, only two years after Florence had her first child, Harry Daniels Jr. Her husband, Harry passed away on December 6th, 1975 when Florence was 68 years old.

Florence Crum Daniels passed away on April 7th, 1985 in Bibb, Georgia at the age of 78.
